| 1 | Let us know which apartment you want to rent. All apartments need pre-registration now-a-days. Not sure about the apartment yet ? No Problem - just let's know the city, we'll register with all the apartments in that city. | |
| 2 | Make Sure - You add "ESKAY REALTY" as "Referred by" in the visitor's card & lease application. | |
| 3 | FAX a copy of First Page of Lease Application where "Referred By ESKAY REALTY " is mentioned, to (866)428-0313. | |
| 4 | We'll contact you about scheduling your FREE MOVE. Don't need a MOVE ? We'll send you the Check. | |
